- Candidates seeking admission to the MA program should have completed bachelor's degree in respective subject with Honours B.A. (Hons).
- There is a Relaxation of 5% aggregate for SC/ST candidates.

The duration of the MA course is 2 years with 4 semesters. The degree should be completed by a student in a maximum of 5 years and minimum of 2 years, and this duration may vary.

MA Admission Procedure
Candidates are selected on the basis of their marks obtained in the entrance test conducted by the university and followed by the personal interview and counseling. MA Entrance Exam Pattern
M.A entrance exam is having a duration of 1 ½ hours (90 minutes). The questions in the entrance test is of objective type. Four alternatives will be there for every question. It is better to attempt all questions as there is no negative marking.
