Kerala State Center for Advanced Printing and Training is an independent organization built up by the Government of Kerala in 1992 according to G.O.(MS) 73/92/H.Edn dt. 28.04.1992 for the sake of "Kerala State Audio-Visual and Reprographic Center" and changed the name to "Kerala State Center for Advanced Printing and Training (C-well-suited)" according to G.O(MS) No. 69/2011/H.Edn dated 28/05/2011. The goal of the Center is to bestow preparing in the field of Computer, Animation, and Multimedia, Office Automation, Printing and Reprography to the informed jobless youth and to embrace Printing and Reprographic works for the Government Departments/Autonomous Bodies/Public area. Another significant activity of the Center is the Research and Study in Braille productions for outwardly disabled individuals. The Center is managed by a Governing Body and an Executive Committee. The Governing Body comprising of fourteen individuals, Minister for Higher Education, Kerala State, is being its Chairman and Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department as its Vice-Chairman. The Executive Committee comprising of five individuals, the Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department, Kerala State as its Chairman. The Managing Director is the Member Secretary of both bodies.
